how to build the house without any added structure.
the material itself is pretty expensive, but the aluminium frames sold
with it are incredibely expensive.
therefore we had to find some other solution.
so, we started to play with a cutter, and we understood that if you
cut the polycarbonate you can get some interesting things.
special joints.
frameles system.
cut and slide and it gets as stable as a frame.
once discovered the trick we went further, developing three different
joints: parallel, 90 degrees and corners.
with these three kinds of joint, to build the house was quite simple
(and, of course, very cheap)
